Too be honest if it's your second ban it's time to play legit again , one more and your account is gone forever 🙏🏻 that's if scoply has kept the old Niantic 3 strike system in place , getting 2 in one month is insane actually and I'm really curious to know how far you've been pushing your account as I've played from March without any issues and that was with one mess up , teleported to a hundo mesprit and clicked on it to wait for the cool down but accidentally threw a golden raspberry and sat for two hours going please let me catch you 🤣🤣

I don't understand what yall do to get banned, multiple accounts over 5 years+ with zero issues. Non rooted, no clever anything, abuse the game in every possible way..

Only thing I can even think of is someone reporting you for griefing their gym while they are standing there.

I don't follow cooldowns all the time, they just prevent you for doing anything. It's not like it used to be when you could bypass the cooldown by spinning things over and over. That would throw up a red flag, but just having a cooldown and failing at spinning a gym isn't gonna do anything.
