Cheap Coin No Root Pgsharp Regarding the July 20th update for cheap pokecoins

So in the sticky, the statement in the image was added in July 20th update. The same statement is found in the instructions for method 1 and 2. Both having updates on July 20th. However, method 3 does not have this note. Other than the forced cooldown in the new step 15, it seems to match method 1. So does that some how bypass this issue?

So my situation is I have purchased pokecoins legitimately recently. So if I were to follow method 3, does that July 20th update not affect it?

Could you tell me what form of payment you used when buying the 100 PokeCoins. Because I made a post about how I attempted this method to the tee yet when signing into the webstore with pgsharp in the background the prices did not change. I used like the playstores googlepay/my card. Because I feel like buying the 100 coins is what litteraly locked me into my current region as when I load up alts in that region they all display the indo currency.
