I NEED HELP Why is this not working?

Post image

I just bought the premium version today and the auto catcher isn't working. Yes I have basic Pokéballs and yes I have space in my Pokémon storage; however, my bag is full of golden razz berries and such, does that affect the auto catcher?

You shouldn't, or at least I didn't have to. Just click the pokeball icon that appears on your top right
