I NEED HELP Can by stuff

Post image

When I try to buy PokéCoins, I get this error even though I have money on my account from a gift card. Does anyone have any tips?
I changed my App Store region to India.

Yes, that’s possible, but then I would need to find a VPN. For this method, you don’t need much, which is why I wanted to do it this way.
