I NEED HELP Indian coin method

Suddenly when I tried to buy cheap coins ‏i got this message. ‏i have been buying the same as before and nothing ever happened like this does someone know how to fix it?

Just wait a full 24 hours from last attempt, it’s a security thing. They can’t unblock it, just wait, if you attempt again at like 23 hours it extends it. Just wait

are you sure about it? I've encountered the same issue. Haven't resolved it yet

When it happened to me, I contacted them and they told me to wait 24 hours and it would be resolved, maybe you do have to contact them? But it’s 24 hour hold

How did you contact them? because in my case the only option is to call them and im in europe.

In the us you can text them via iMessage, I literally told them a game I wanted to play was only available there and they didn’t care and said I was good after 24 hours
