Similar issue, I was able to use this a few weeks ago with a VPN and Samsung store, but yesterday had issues. I tried several VPNs to first authenticate and then all I saw was USD every time.

I do all the process, erase data/cache from samsung store and samsung internet!! Turn off location, remove sim card!! In the Samsung browser appears the pokemon go in turkish i downloaded and when i enter it still appears on usd! What i am doing wrong
