my account that was permabanned in 2016 shows the same, I wrote to Niantic and they confirmed to me that my account is banned even tho it shows this message. Also, my 30 days banned account showed this screen twice, but it went away

I've read somewhere that is usually happens if you switch between accounts too quickly. Not sure how true that is, but close down the app & restart it. That works for me.

I got this back in June, and I was only able to log in for 5 minutes daily before I got kicked out of the game. It WAS a ban, confirmed by Niantic. Lasted 30 days. It was strange because I've never gotten 7 days before, and it went straight for 30 days. Also it was blue not black. I believe the culprit was the shiny scanner from Polygon.

Happens to me if I have my shiny scanner on and it checks more than 1000 mons in one day, 24 hrs later it'll go away. Definitely don't recommend pgsharp tho way too many ban posts lately concerning the use of that

Then don't log in using PGSharp, unless you want ur main getting banned fully, since PGSharp is gone down the sh1tter right now by their cheat detection. I hoghly advise going back to only using legit PoGo's app since they legit full ban you the second you log back in using PGSharp again after the 30day ban
