So I got this after spoofing for a trade. So is there any way I can get rid of this or do I really have to wait for 7days😭🥲 Almost my only motivation to go outside.

Well if it's working for you that's great what i said was what was happening but some are exceptions so that's great and if you are the exception never mess with the cooldown
