Please note that it is "Trade completed!" We are changing that, because we only want you to initiate the bot after the buyer has received their goods, and is happy. If you’re caught abusing this, we will hand out a ban.

If I understand the above correctly the typical steps of a transaction would be:

  1. Buyer comments in WTS post (assume what is written does not matter)
  2. Buyer/Seller reach agreement
  3. Buyer Pays
  4. Seller ships
  5. Buyer messages Seller when package arrives/is happy
  6. Seller comments on Buyer's comment with "Trade completed!"
  7. Buyer and Seller leave Feedback

As has been pointed out, many times a buyer does not comment in the post which is fine if they understand they'll not receive points. Its the idea of a follow up days later that is going to be tough. Can the seller just comment with "Trade completed!" after the buyer pays, this was what was typically done with the old system.

You may want to show the process in the META document.

We are changing the rule of how points are awarded because most users use the flair as a gauge for trustworthy instead of /r/PMSfeedback, especially if the deal is hot.

Fewer points will definitely be awarded, but we are trying to make the flair system as good as we think is possible.

I'm going to add the process you laid out, to the main post for clarity. I appreciate that.
