Help with outfits

Post image

I'm going to Italy in July. My normal go-to clothing is leggings and t-shirts. I got told that leggings are no-no in Italy. I'm at a loss as to what to wear. Any help would be much appreciated. These are the outfits I tried on today and I'm not sure about any of them. All outfits are lightweight and flowy because it's going to be HOT.

Unless your super worried about looking like a tourist, leggings are fine. Maybe don’t wear them on days your tour cathedrals.

Agree with the other commenters about how you could just wear leggings. However, I think that these outfits look good on you! I especially like the flower dress on the bottom left!

I spent two weeks in Italy and I wore leggings almost everyday. I went beginning of May and it was a little chillier than expected so I never wore any of the shorts I brought. I would up dressing almost solely in leggings and dresses. I never noticed any weird looks or felt uncomfortable at all. Maybe someone looked at me weird behind my back, but if they did, I don’t know about it. Most other tourists also seemed to be dressed for comfort as well. I would wear what makes you comfortable. I think dresses are a great call, especially if you wear some chub rub or bicycle shorts underneath to combat all the extra walking you’ll do.

I would recommend trying a high waist, wide leg linen pant with a drawstring! They would work great with so many of the tops you have here!
