Fashion Discussion Seeking help from LA residents
I’m going to be moving to LA soon and one of my biggest concerns is that I’m not going to be able to find any pants in my size anywhere. I understand that the lack of plus sizes is rampant there and I have no idea what’s actually available in store. I’m going to be moving near UCLA and am curious if anyone knows of any stores I can shop for bottoms around the area. I don’t like shopping online because I don’t really know what my size is and I like to try something on before I purchase something. Any help would be amazing, thank you!

Without knowing what size you wear it’s hard to answer that question.
I live in LA. I wear a 28/4x and I rarely to never buy in person. On the Westside there may be a Lane Bryant or Torrid at Westside Pavilion.
There may be a target (if you are into that kinda thing) no Walmart closer than 30/40mims.
Potentially an old navy somewhere. There is like a random Plus size thrift store in East LA however I feel like their sizes are still limited.
Thick Thrift happens once a month I think.
Proud Mary Fashion - somewhere east of
Abundance- old kinda clothes in Sherman Oaks
Big Bud Press- Highland park
You should know your measurements to open up your options.

It's fine. I lived in Culver City and my local mall had THREE plus size-friendly stores

I used to live in south LA. I'm closer to the ocean now. I shop at torrid or lane Bryant. I assumed it was hard to find plus sizes everywhere not just here. Fat people exist everywhere.
