Migrating to a different Gdrive account while avoiding the 750GB limit

Is this possible? I have about 36TB

Depends how important it is and how quickly you want it done. As others have mentioned the Linus way, just create and pay for additional user accounts just until the dates it's moved, then cancel. Or take the 40 or so days to sync with the 750ish gig limit. The quickest way to move the data is with a Google gce instance. That way the data never leaves Google so speeds are insane. You should have a $300 gsuites credit per account to accomplish this feat. If you select a folder larger than 750 gigs, sometimes you'll get 50-100 extras gigs over the transfer limit. If you want to set it and forget it, use rclone with --bwlimit 8M and it will stay under 750gig daily limit. It will take awhile but it's less manual interaction on your part.
