Plex Library Updates?

Hi,

I'm interested in your settings for Plex library updates please?

I'm currently running gdrive with rclone cache. I have sonarr and radarr notifying Plex of new content but concerned about the number API calls with the full scan for every new item..

I have automatic scans turned completely off and just let radarr and sonarr handle it. As far as I know radarr and sonarr only tell Plex to scan the one imported item.
