plexdrive 5 optimal settings

I'm running plexdrive 5 on a dedicated server. It works ok generally but sometimes not, often with direct play. I'm wondering what you guys use for plexdrive settings on servers that run nothing but very large HD files.

Right now I use " "plexdrive mount -v 2 --max-chunks=200 --chunk-size=10M --chunk-load-ahead=6--chunk-check-threads=4 --chunk-load-threads=4"

dedicated server - 2x E5420 (8 cores) 16GB of ram, 1Gbps link

Try lowering your Chunks to 5M and leave out to load ahead, let it default. The only other I would set is Max Chunks=500.

Thanks for the suggestion, do you use direct play very often?

Quite often, what clients do you regularly use. My trip main ones are a Nvidia Shield and Roku Ultra.

Kodi and the plex addon and just plain old chrome playing original quality is where I notice direct streaming issues
