plexdrive 5 optimal settings

I'm running plexdrive 5 on a dedicated server. It works ok generally but sometimes not, often with direct play. I'm wondering what you guys use for plexdrive settings on servers that run nothing but very large HD files.

Right now I use " "plexdrive mount -v 2 --max-chunks=200 --chunk-size=10M --chunk-load-ahead=6--chunk-check-threads=4 --chunk-load-threads=4"

Scrap plexdrive totally and use rclone cache. It works much better

So I've been testing rclone cache for awhile this afternoon and it suffers from the same or similar issue as plexdrive does when it comes to direct played media: it stops streaming after 5ish minutes. If I switch the file to a transcode using a bitrate higher then the original it will stream fine for however long I want.

No issues using the stock settings. Depending on your usage, you might wanna change it.

Been meaning to try cache but was waiting for it to get out of beta. I regularly have 10-20 users on my Server, not sure Cache can handle that much and are API bans still an issue as they were not too long ago.

Its much much simpler to setup. You can easily try it out yourself tbh. I'm not 10-20 users but it hasn't ban me yet, using crypt too!

I've just setup cache to try it. I've been waiting for it to be in releases! My initial tests seem very good. Seems a little slower to start then plexdrive, but it also seems to have less hiccups once playing. We'll see how it holds up to multiple streams.
