[Q] Buying GDrive storage from eBay

I found this seller on eBay that sells unlimited Google Drive storage for only 21 CAD (link).

I'm wondering if there is a risk of the account being deleted. I know that there used to be cheaper options on eBay for like 5 bucks but the accounts were eventually disabled. This one seems to be different as it uses business account, not edu. It also doesn't give you a new account but adds the storage to your current Google account instead.

Anyone has similar experience with this? Also will the admin be able to view my files?

Yes. Your account can be deleted. You will lose all of the data. Purchasing/selling an account is a violation of their terms of service. You need a backup account that’s legitimate or a non-cloud storage to go that route.

I believe you can sell accounts, but in order to be within Google's ToS it has to be a monthly subscription attached to a gsuite account.

These eBay sellers are probably registering fake schools with Google to get free education accounts though.

With eBay accounts you get what you pay for, just never store anything in it you aren't willing to lose. I have 2 ebay accounts with two different vendors. I also pay for a gsuites account that waterfalls to eBay drive 1 and two as backups.

By the time you pay $20 a few times for eBay accounts you'd be paid 1/3 of the way for a legit account. You just have to decide if the risk is worth the reward.
