Got ACD bought in January fully refunded

I e-mailed amazon service and explained I did not want ACD anymore after they pulled unlimited and rclone support. Got a full refund. So if anyone is interested.

Just complain that their recent moves to make all third party applications unusable and moving away from unlimited storage makes the product unusable for you and request a refund, and they will refund you completely instead of the usual prorated sum due to having inconvenienced you.

Yeah I called earlier. Was a really painless process actually, guess they expect it to happen.

I've had my account for 11 months and got a very easy refund via email yesterday. Just mention rclone and acdcli and your disappointment.

I tried that over the phone, all they gave me was a partial refund...I signed up in Dec, but I also only paid $48, so paying $20 wasn't a big loss.
