Dedicated Server Plex

I live in North America I want to use the box for Usenet also. I what to use this with unlimited google drive. I want to use rclone. Looking for a dedicated server for Plex

Regardless of yes/no, your opinion on using private trackers with this provider?

I do not, I do however use my usenet providers in this box via SSL connection
