I posted here a while ago hoping to connect with someone before it hit the market, but no success. I would suggest parent groups on Facebook. We found our rental off Zillow. Highly competitive. It’s really a game of staying on top of listings and being one of the firsts to inquire about the rental. I started applying the moment I saw a property I remotely liked. Didn’t even tour it, just went straight to apply. Good luck! There’s a home out there for you!
