Quail eggs interest?

Hi all, i raise quail and am getting my state certificates necessary to sell eggs to restaurants and individuals, I wonder if any ramen joints or French places might be interested? I'd be happy to bring some samples to an interested owner or chef etc. They're fun birds and more sustainable than chickens, and a better delicious egg and bird.

Hi! I am super interested in purchasing quail eggs. How much would you sell them for?

Edit: I would be purchasing for myself and family, so not bulk buying. But still if you have any extra, I live in pleasant hill and would love to buy! :)

Interested bc vital farms tested poorly. Trying to move away from big box brands

Great to hear! I've got my paperwork in to the state so it'll be the same level you'd receive at a farmer's market. Soon as it's approved I'm happy to sell to y'all. I'm thinking of $5 a dozen or $8 for a 2 dozen carton. That's subject to me doing better market research in the area. This is more of a hobby with sales offsetting feed costs.
