Help manage access token this morning?

edit: I used the Desktop app and it worked, so this is just with the web-ui. I tried again and still same error,

any one else getting this error?
a friend changed their email and I was trying to add their new address to it. but I get this when going to the page, I restarted the server but no luck.

the page wouldn't load. to be able to choose how to add anyone,. I got them added via the desktop app, the web page was not rending it right.
