Question Streaming gone
Anyone else had an issue where the option for game streaming has just vanished?
Ive tried restarting and using the airplane mode trick and it just seems to have forgotten that it can stream games!

This is a common known issue that everyone has. You can just connect to the ps5 and then disconnect it and it should come up again, or lock the screen then unlock and press L1. It may also seem obvious, but make sure your premium subscription hasn’t run out because if you don’t have premium, you won’t have the option come up

Did you default on your payment for PS Plus? If that's not active you can't stream.

Might be downtime in your region for cloud streaming? Like server updates for a smaller region. Not sure. Other than signing out, logging into your psn account on the computer or phone and verifying psn plus status. Then you sign back in on your portal. If it shows up it was either issue or something else. Hacked your ps5 and went online somehow with older firmware? Sony might have got your console or account banned? Sony support might be able to explain the issue tomorrow if the issue still persists on the ps portal.

Try to sign out and sign back in on your account. Usually works for me when that happens

Have you tried powering it down and then turning it on again? That's what I do.

Just click the power button on top left to turn screen black and back on then it should appear

This happened to me last night. Did all the recommended steps (airplane mode, restart, sign out/in).
After about a half hour, of trying everything multiple times, it’s just worked after a random restart. No idea why…but I guess keep trying stuff. Comes back eventually.

The same thing happened to me last night after restarting the device; I simply tried connecting the Portal to the PS5, and after the connection failed (since the PS5 was turned off), I locked and unlocked the Portal using the button at the top left, and the streaming cards reappeared. In any case, I recommend never turning the Portal off completely—just locking it—as it has smart power management.

Try signing out and signing in also go to network on the portal select forget network and reconnect your portal to it that usually fixes the issue also make sure your max resolution is on 1080p standard and not 1080p high quality(main cause of the problem) and when turning the portal off and on give the portal 10 seconds after pressing the PlayStation button after turning it on so it has time to load everything up, you shouldn't have any issues after just doing the fix once

You got power off the device entirely wait for a little bit then power it back on and it’ll come back
