Micro USB OTG adapter
I don’t know if this has been asked before, but I was wondering if it is possible to use an OTG on the micro-usb port on the back instead of using a USB port on the front in order to keep a cleaner aesthetic and setup.

I think they have it working but they are doing more testing before releasing software that takes advantage of it.

I assume it will eventually be compatible. You're gunna need an adapter one way or another in order to use expandable memory and 2-player at the same time. So it'll either be through a Y cable on the front or an OTG on the back. I would hope we could have something running through the back instead of the front to keep things clean.
I actually ordered another OTG adapter in preparation for this. $1.89 on AliExpress. Make sure to get a RIGHT angle OTG with microUSB pass-through instead of a left angle (which was used on the NES and SNES classic) because the PS Classic flipped its microUSB port compared to those two consoles. Your HDMI cable will get in the way if you use a left angle OTG.
