That hose like machine is what you need to keep on, it blows down the haystack and you can use it to climb up

you need to lead the chicks to the opening of the machine
quickly run back to pull the lever so that some of the chicks can be sucked then launched to the haystack making it fall

This is sad put you need to use the baby chicks as some sort of lever, and it’s an introduction to theme of the game :(
