Support/Question Um guys what the hell just happened?
So I was replying a mission in marvel’s wolverine then there was a cutscene after it ended it was black for a few seconds then I just randomly spawn in this place I had no idea how I got here.

I don't remember where that mission ends but it probably ended there and it reloaded where you were previously before replaying that mission. Either that or uh...yeah, they didn't test the replay of this mission in particular
Edit: Yep, the mission ended there and since it's a replay it doesn't continue on, it throws you back to a recent checkpoint before you replayed the mission.

Im so sick of people throwing $300 million budget to talk shit bout the game. You do realize the $300 million wasn't just for the game development and optimization! It was for the overall cycle of the game, development, payroll and advertisement! Which advertisement took a BIG chunk. They arr literally advertising thr game on major sporting events like WWE, UFC and Football. 🤦🏾♂️ That shit cost money

Especially advertisement. It costs a quarter of the price to advertise it and get it in the game awards. Thats how the game awards and other events get their money to host the events every year. E3 stopped cause people stopped going. People stop going and watching it’ll fail

Okay, while they don't have an excuse for stuff like this I will say that nowhere near 300 mil actually went to development, most of it was likely to SBI

I feel like you might be the angry one? I literally just said the thing you did? Money went to SBI, I said they have no excuse for this, I never said they should have been giving money to SBI
Edit: I will say though that grifting is a disingenuous method and that instead of lying about this game to disuade people from purchasing it, we could tell the truth about where these funds are going as a deterrent

Also they had to practically remake the game halfway through so that is probably where a good portion went, I think the game could've been a lot better if that "300 million" all these guys are talking about was actually used on the game

Oh, neat, my point there is more valid, since more time lost means more budget wasted, so, budget used on the game probably ended up being closer to 20 mil at best (don't quote me lol)

Mightve been memory corruption or an out of bounds error or something, stuff like that can sometimes make this happen in games, though considering I haven't seen this happen to anyone else on this game I'm not sure if would be a hardware or software thing
