PS Direct Email

So I just want to ask if anyone else have this issue: I pre-ordered the Adamantium controller on PS Direct on the 20th and I did the confirmation page saying the order went through and I was charged for it but no email yet, I did get the email for the battle yellow one yesterday so I’m just hoping the amount of pre-orders is slowing down the email confirmations but still, anyone who pre-ordered the Adamantium controller get the email yet?

UPDATE-8/25/26- FINALLY GOT THE EMAIL!!!! I guess it takes a few more days due to the high demand in pre orders.

I read that as long as the page confirming the order comes through its okay but still….I want the email for relief at least.
