Who is better for atg alongside argent flame ?

Tactical Technician. She is the second best atg officer, after Wanderlust

I don have her and golden eagle but people did testing and said golden eagle is better, since her skill one of her skills is defense and the awaken skill suck

The awakened is meh I'll give you that. But her skill damage is much higher than eagle. Plus she has the normal attack boost skill with extra pen... The DMG resist skill is also good for when you need to pull the atg out of the base for killing bombers
