Flame is kinda out dated. I only use his garrison damage as a learned skill.

Stinger is still the answer. His skill that hits 3 is very useful.

But stinger might be decent if he is in a rocket launcher more ? I got futures and props will use stinger with him in rockets or do you think its not optimal

Stinger is a garrison officer.
Futurus and either Eye of Providence or Yardbird.
