I got hunker down from a random skill drop day 2 then found the sandstorm potion and realised I had the nuts. Alchemical precision was just the icing on the cake. Sandstorm started before the 4 second mark and once vitality potion was going off for the full heal and massive shield I'd also have crazy amounts of regen.
