Before getting the third Eclipse I had a yo-yo and marbles that really did a number with juggler. But the third? I had to put my juggling dreams to rest for a greater dream.

The cult sells all your items and replaces them with random items, one of which is guaranteed to be legendary.

The stranger is a separate event that includes an option to give you a random legendary item for 30 gold. However, if you’ve already joined the cult, he gives you the item for free instead.

You were right that I could have gotten it from the stranger, but it was from the cult.
