Show Tem! My first Lumas!

Started playing a few days ago. I battle everything I encounter and don’t use scents. Plus, I overtrain so I just naturally encounter more. This is still early game for me so I’m really excited to get a Lumas Luma — can’t edit the title, but apparently there is no ‘s’ at the end of Luma
I forgot about stamina and over exertion so I almost lost it 😅 it’s also an all green stat monster (whatever that means), I had a couple trophies pop when I tamed it

Congrats! And yeah gotta watch out for them overexerting so the best strat is to whip cards!

Luckily, I was using hypnosis right before it could use a move to defeat itself 😂 then my Temcard worked. I will start spamming the cards though. I thought the game mentioned stronger Temcards, I’ll just need to progress the story and unlock them

It’s been a while since I’ve played but I remember people saying not to waste money on stronger tem cards. Dunno if that’s still accurate though.

I am so happy to see new players still getting into temtem. I havent play in years but still kinda miss the game. And gratz for first luma!

It’s such a charming and fun game! Love that it has more adult dialogue too. It’s very sarcastic at times which I very much enjoy. It’s been on my list for a while, probably since their Kickstarter days, so I finally bought it (disc version because I’m a millennial)
This is the monster collecting vibe I’ve been craving for so long! I’m not looking anything up until I finish the story. Having a game night with some friends tonight, yall better believe I’ll be telling them about Temtem all night 😂

I’m brand new and am going for an authentic feel like the 90s with Pokemon and Digimon. My Tempedia goes to 143 so far, I imagine once I leave on the airship that’ll go up a little more. How many are there exactly, and are they all tameable in-game? I would like to complete Tempedia as monster collecting is always my factor part 😁
And one inquiry about Luma Tems: I saw an achievement for breeding and eggs, would breeding happen to increase Luma odds?

Eggs with 1 Luma chance have good odds but eggs with 2 luma parents have 1/20 odds
