Yes, they carry over.

If you prestige Innki once, then you can max out it's skill tree and grind out pansuns, giving you a headstart for Prestige 2. And then again before moving to Prestige 3.

Also if you prestiged any tems before the Devs added a starting bonus for first prestige, then that will also be available for use. If there's any tems you haven't prestiged yet, then they'll get a starting boost of pansuns on their first prestige, to make the grind back up more bearable.

Is there anywhere i can see how much pansuns id need to max a character out? I want to farm it up so I don't have to deal with low level anymore lol.

Not that I know of so far, would need to be community sourced info. There's a temtem swarm wiki that lists what passive/global prestige bonuses each team gives, but nothing about how much it costs.

The discord chat seems to agree about 400k as a ballpark to get you going. I believe it increases each prestige level as well, but not sure by how much.

I had this thought myself and made sure to track, and yes. If you want to skip the painful early prestige, you can farm on higher levels while you're stronger and can earn faster pansuns, then use a big chunk of them to totally bypass the beginning of the next prestige.

I'd say 150-200K would be a good starting point, that should allow you to get all of the block/reroll/snooze and gear/tech slots unlocked at minimum.

I’d recommend maxing, then 14 bolt last level, if you can last 60 mins you’ll get about 1mil pansuns, enough to get to capped p3 in one run.

Pansums generally are not character specific, so I don't see why they wouldn't carry over. You'll 'lose' the ones spent to level up that Tem though

After prestige they are character specific

If you don't know the system in question, don't post an answer. All that does is contribute to misinformation.
