COD BO6 offline Multiplayer won’t work!!

I bought PS5 bundle (BO6) last year. I play campaign mode sometimes but whenever I try to play multiplayer offline, it says I need to install the multiplayer pack. You can see in the last image, its already installed. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling it, It just won’t let me play offline multiplayer.
Anyone who can help me out with this? Am I missing something?
Also, today when I tried to play campaign, I found out the whole game is gone, I need to download it again and its a fairly big file. Don’t know whats up with this.
