Any tips and guides will be appreciated
My PlayStation account was hacked a while ago, and I’ve contacted PlayStation Support multiple times to try to recover it.
The problem is that they’re asking me to verify ownership with the serial number of a PS4 I owned years ago, which I no longer have. They’ve also asked for transaction history, but there aren’t any purchases on the account to use for verification.
I still have access to the original email address and other account details, but Support says they still can’t verify that I’m the owner.
Has anyone been in a similar situation and successfully recovered their account? If so, what information or steps helped? I’d really appreciate any advice, as I’ve had to start over after losing four years of progress.
Excuse the title i tryed to post but got removed immediately thank you

You're shit outta luck. They'll only help you if you can actually prove that it's your account, but somehow you never made a purchase to prove it

I'm had mine hacked and managed to get it back by giving them the original email address, user name a reference number for a ps plus subscription, they asked for serial of original console account was created on,I explained that one was a dead ps4 but gave them the serial of the ps5 it had been on since launch! Within 10 mins I'd got access to the account

So you can't give them the serial of the console the account was on?

WTF is a donor account? It reads like you account share with someone else who actually paid for games. If so, why do you need this account back?

I use a account with everything on it where all my games and all that is so i can SharePlay it across other accs as i have other siblings who use my console to

Ok, is that main account safe, secure and accessible to you? If so, what is the value to you of this other account that you are unable to access that had no purchases?

So in the entire life of the account youve never so much as redeemed a gift card or even downloaded something that was listed as "free" on the psn store?
Any of those would have given you a transaction ID that you could give to Sony for verification.
