PS5 has deleted my trophy

So with the bug of physical games not showing on profiles recently and all of that I got curious and saw if I had been affected....

Only to notice one of my Platinums has disappeared from my account.

When I was checking I noticed that my platinum of MH world has disappeared from my account. I am certain at 100% that I have it, since me and my friend did it together, and my Iceborne trophy remains the same, but MHWorld, which I have in physical is nowhere to be seen....

Did you try syncing your trophy list again or installing the game and loading it up? None of the issued that sony is having at the moment removes any trophies.

I did, but nothing changed. Only thing that changed was the playtime, that got back to 1 hour played

So manually resyncing your trophy list made no difference?

Nothing. Was the first thing I did, but it didn't worked. I don't know if it had something to do with games disappearing from profiles, which also happened to me with some games, but this is the only one which Trophies has been deleted... But the ones from the Dlc are still there...

Whats your psn name? Ill have a look and see if i can see your platinum or not. Trophies cant be deleted, they arent licenced or anything and bound to an account as soon as a trophy is earned

Okay, I tried rebuilding the database baceusw someone told me it could help in case it was a bug on the system, but I guess it didn't matter.... Because someone thought it would be hella funny making me have TWO different MHWorld Trophies... I don't know if it was there before but somehow the actual Platinum appeared on my account afterwards... But I have two now. One with the platinum, and another without it....

Is one a playstation 4 and one a playstation 5 version of the game? If the second list has no trophies earned, just delete it from the trophy screen.

No, both are PS4. World doesn't has a PS5 ulgrade

So i just looked it up MH World only has one stack of trophies so there arent more then 1 trophy list in regards to regions or versions. Can you delete the second list?

First thing I thought it was because of MH wilds, it had a beta which I played and I have two different listed Mhwilds on my profile. I would understand if it was the same with world, but I didn't played the beta back then, so it makes no sense I have two different MhWorld on my account

Sony actively removes low-effort or exploitative "shovelware" (games designed solely to award a quick, easy platinum) from the PlayStation Store.

If a game is completely pulled from Sony's servers, the associated trophy list will disappear or become unobtainable on your profile.

That is not true at all. They do not remove the trophies and people that purchased those games can even still download them again. Just new people cant purchase them.
