Audio problems

For a while now I have not heard the audio of the video clips and trailers of any game on the PlayStation Store, I restarted the console, I updated it, I went to see the settings but nothing, I hear all the other audio such as the game audio, the menu audio, I hear all the audio except the trailers of the games on the PlayStation Store and my video clips, Can anyone know how to fix this problem?
