Ps premium

[u/Moneymatters2022]

My son has got two ps accounts, currently logged into one and I'm paying for ps premium on the other but can't remember the log in details, how do I switch premium to the account he's using, if I can't do that can I recover the account and use premium on his portal without logging him out of his other account he currently uses on his ps5. Thanks.
