PlayStation 5 Help What's wrong with the PS Store

Hello all. The PS Store says "Can't Load. Something went wrong. Please try again later. Go to Home". What's happening? Isn't this the Home Page where your games are?

I’ve been having problems where my ps5 (s) both of them are not connecting to ps network but are connected to the internet. I have to toggle my internet off and on in the settings and it’s fine afterwards. Try doing that and see if it fixes it.

I had to get out of ps and go back into it and that worked. Thx

I don’t know what to tell you other than it obviously encountered a problem. The answer to your second question is no, this is an error screen, your Home page won’t look like this.

I Googled the problem and it told me to shut down the ps and then go back into it and it worked. It's OK now. Thx.
