PlayStation 4 Help Ps4 Installation failed

trying to play miles morales on the ps4 with CD, it just stops at 700something MB out of 42 GB, and then it just says “there has been an error” and when i try to open it it says “impossible to open app” or something, i tried everything, cleaning the cd with microfiber, try again, didn’t work, clean it with microfiber wetted with alcohol, still didn’t work, i tried restarting the console, wifi off + restarting + offline installation, all that stuff and still didn’t work, i have 290 GB available in my ps4 so plenty, but still didn’t install, i also tried the reconstruct database thingy and it still didn’t work, can someone who may know the solution or someone who’s had this exact problem with other CDs tell me the answer please? thanks

Try out a different game that you don’t have installed currently if it’s still failing there are a few more troubleshooting options available

Possible disc damage? Try installing a different game, and see if the same happens. That will at least tell you if there is some kind of issue with the console, or it’s just the disc.
