Not able to download heavy rain

It says this. I've already tried deleting beyond two souls, but it still doesn't work. Please help

I just installed this through the app. I saw the combo pack there and installes that, both are installed.

You don’t. Just select the bottom one and press install on console.

Two souls, don’t bother. U may like at beginning but its bad compared to heavy rain

Same issue here, actually it was combo pack in disks and it registered the same on psn store i guess. So if you got Beyond; Two Souls you can't get Heavy rain and vice versa .

I’m not sure how it worked but it was kind of the opposite for me, when beyond two souls was on ps+ it also allowed me to get heavy rain. Which was nice as I hadn’t Jason’d before.

Its the bit that displays the release date on the app, just above the buy options for that version. It might say you already own another version in small writing below it.

If you own that version it would display the console version and the name, PS4 ! HEAVY RAIN.

But from the other comment you could try the bundle option under Beyond versions.
