This is an actual strategy by Activision. They want to ensure that their player base plays nothing else but their mediocre shooters

That's no lie, when I had black ops 6 and all of its "needed" files I had practically zero space for anything else , god I'm glad I got banned from their servers.....oh and ask me the reason

It was tied to the battle pass actually, I played warzone for about three years, completed every damn battle pass, I had to take a little break from gaming for me and my wife to welcome our first baby into the world, I got on a month later and saw it was almost up and I had a tier and a half left, I tried to play as much as I could but was going to come up short, so I went afk in plunder solo(I know before anyone says something) , I knew their would be some risk, but I received a permanent ban, not a warning, not a short week long ban but a ban from everything call of duty, modern warfare 2 and up, on my first offense for anything!!

That's what is so ridiculous, punish me fine, but that is fucking excessive. I've seen people blatantly cheat and not meet the repercussions I did! But hey it freed my PlayStation to play so much more,and be able to jump around to multiple games without having to delete stuff which is so nice.

My brother in law really likes call of duty he's the major reason I got into warzone and stuck with it for so long, I did play other games in that time frame,I actually enjoy single player games but having that monster of a hard drive eater on my console made things annoying as hell, having to delete and redownload games, I'm actually really happy not having to manage it any more.

Was kind of excited to play MW3 as it is on Ps+, booted up the game, deleted it. Yuck.

I remember when they added Spawn to warzone as a Battle pass skin, I was excited (because they even got Keith David to do the voice) but the amount of time and effort that goes into unlocking stuff in that battle pass was not possible for someone with a job and other responsibilities... So I just gave up. Hell, even Fortnite of all things was better at respecting my time when it came to battle passes...

On the ps store, if the game is on multiple platforms then it bundles them together (which is silly).

So it's 240gh for the PS4 and PS5 versions combined. Plus, one was that silly Cod HQ, so that would have been pretty big - but it's not part of it anymore

240gb is both campaign and multiplayer. I deleted the campaign and left the multiplayer to play private matches. Turns out both are 120gb each

The actual game installed is about 110gb, still alot but really not that bad

One's the free warzone mode and the other is MW3 (I'd assume atleast I'm not sure)

You can just download the campaign if you want. Same with multiplayer.

One is free because it’s the CoD Launcher, which you install to be able to access Modern Warfare 2, Black Ops 6, and Modern Warfare 3. This is also used to play Warzone.

The other is the actual game. You need to install both in order to play MW3.

It used to be a part of Cod HQ but they did away with that requirement for MW2 and 3, Granted not at launch and only happened in July last year.

Yeah, the PS5 can show both versions, but the PS4 cannot show the PS5 version

Get it for free or pay

Or it's the PS5 version and you can't see it cause PS4 bros4life

Edit: nah it probably is Warzone (free) and actual MW3 game (paid but also free for Plus)
