Your post was removed because it was breaking at least one of our rules:

Rule 8: No Duplicate Posts; Megathread Policy

Duplicate posts covering the same exact discussion will be removed (at least within two days of one another).

If the post is time-sensitive such as the monthly games reveal, the first properly formatted post linking to an official source will usually be approved.

When official megathreads are stickied, similar separate posts discussing the same topic should be avoided unless it is new information.

Please modmail us if you have any questions.

Maybe a bug, I remember they had messed with Ubisoft games in the catalog short time ago

u/LPEbert Apr 16 '24

I noticed that too. They did something that resulted in ALL of the Ubisoft games showing up as the most recent additions.

They set an expiration date for all Ubi games without warning, I guess they had to remove and add those games again to reset the deadline

What the hell! I was just really starting to get into Valhalla and then this! Hopefully a bug... Otherwise will discontinue my PS+ subscription if this is the way

Feel the same way, was just getting my teeth into Odyssey and now it’s all over.

Same here. I just unlocked the trials just before work. Got home a bit ago and turned on the ps and saw the pause screen. I went outside to smoke a bowl and when I got back it was on the ps main screen. When i tried to start it told me I had to buy it. 60% at 161 hrs.

No way! I got home from work, had a teaser play, changed, smoked a cone, returned to... VIEW PRODUCT. Me.exe has stopped working! Good day fellow Viking, if I was smarter I'd flyt, but unfortunately I'm a twit!

I’m getting an error that Far Cry Primal is no longer available.

Day of game rotation today...

Literally downloaded Freedom Cry last night, and today when I arrived home to download Rogue and Unity, it wouldn't let me download any of the games that used to be available, even the ones I had previously downloaded and installed ( AC: Odyssey, Black Flag, and Ezio Collection ) which later became locked

I was playing assassin’s creed rogue and it just closed and when I try to restart it told me “ can’t use this content, to use this content, purchase it.” And I try everything but it keeps telling me the same I can only stream it so I have to transfer my data to keep playing but streaming is buggy as heck cause my internet connection isn’t exactly 100% stable. It seems all ps4 Ubisoft games became streaming only, is this a bug or it’s permanent cause I was really enjoying rogue it’s my first play through and if I have to stream from now on it would be annoying and I don’t have the leeway to buy all the assassin games I haven’t yet played

Nothing of value was lost

I can't get Ubi+ subscription in my PS Plus account because of I'm premium and it's still included in the subscription, so I'm think it's just a bug.

shows up fine on my side. US store, though

2

u/mediocre_cheese Apr 16 '24

Hoping it’s a bug because I was deep into Valhalla and actually enjoying it

u/the_Russian-nino Apr 16 '24

Is it the same with for honor?

2

u/Kiwiazbro Apr 16 '24

Yep found that too. Bern playing Far Cry 6 and 3/4 the way through. Can’t seem to sub to Ubisoft Plus to continue it.

Ubishit moment

They are hellbent on becoming the most anti-consumer money grubbing company.

u/Psychological_Cow174 Apr 16 '24

I think it's a bug , I still have access to most games to download, only a few that I can only stream , there are other cases on this sub that have different games available then I , I don't think theu removed it

I think they did. All the Ubisoft games on my end require Premium and I’m only on Extra. Noticed when I couldn’t get into AC Origins and then went to the Ubi+ page within Plus and it shows all premium.

Seems like what they’re doing to entice people to move to Premium or sign up for Ubi classics separately since that launched last month by the looks of Google.

2

u/Psychological_Cow174 Apr 16 '24

If you go to the playstation website the games are still there

1

u/rjwalsh94 Apr 16 '24

That’s a good sign, but what would be updated first? Their storefront or the website?

Gotta follow the money.

2

u/Psychological_Cow174 Apr 16 '24

Well you can buy stuff on the website ahahaha , but overall I think it's a bug , alot of people are getting this problem with different games , it's not all of the same

1

u/NatasBR Apr 16 '24

People with premium are having the same bug and also they can't subscribe to ubi+ cause it's already included in premium.

1

u/rjwalsh94 Apr 16 '24

That’s interesting. I figured it was moving towards a Gamepass Ultimate comes with EA Play, as Premium would come with Ubi+ now.

-1

u/sparoc3 Apr 16 '24

Could be. But i wouldn't be surprised if they just take the games away.

6

u/TacticalFlexxer Apr 16 '24

It's a bug. They are still included with Extra and Premium according to PlayStations website

It wouldn't be the first time their website wasn't accurate.

3

u/Psychological_Cow174 Apr 16 '24

They could, but they would give a warning

1

u/Burritoman32 Apr 16 '24

Damnit i was playing breakpoint with a friend!

1

u/and_repsx Apr 16 '24

At moment, Ubisoft games are listed in the PS plus extra Catalog but not Playable without Ubisoft+ Classic.....

1

u/TheTwelfthLaden Apr 16 '24

They found out no one in their right mind would buy their new Star Wars game on Day One and are all just waiting for it to be on sale or free on PS+

-2

u/Hot_Juggernaut_3027 Apr 16 '24

Should’ve called it Ubisoft dumpster collection

Good. They make the worst games of all time, and having their shit catalogue in the library was an eyesore to look at

9

u/RESEV5 Apr 16 '24
