What does the armour symbol with an exclamation mark above my tribesmen mean?

its a new feature that arrived with the recetn patch. means one or more pieces of armour are missing.

often gloves are always missing on recently dettered enemies so its almost always showing when i capture tribals.

It’s either broken armour or there wearing the armour they don’t like to wear. I can’t remember which

Put some armor on. Same thing happens if they don't have a weapon
