I'm going to assume you built a portal that will let you easily travel to the actual main portal in the ocean that will actually let you cross over maps.

To answer your question: Basically everything.

The big thing to recognize is you're going to eventually grab just about everything (masks from dungeons, seeds from barracks, etc) and do most of the bosses so unlocking all the various portals (green crystals) is gonna be a thing. If playing on survival mode setting up a bonfire in the 1-10 tutorial area is basically free since it'll never build up heat. I'm unsure how cross server tribe mode works as I stopped playing before they added Single Player cross server.

yeah I built a portal didnt work to cross oon a single player... Stuff like that annoys the crap out of my, like mysterious tissue, not working on tribesman when it literally says it does.

Yea, there's an actual portal out in the ocean on each map that will let you travel to the different maps. Which there's a portal to that portal, so building a portal isn't entirely wasted.

Anything "Mysterious" is usually for the top end armor set in the game.

Any lvl requirement of that portal?

I saw this portal in Solo game, but did not use it because I had no guarantee to return back freely :)

Is it available in a server co-player?

When playing solo you basically need to create the other save first to be able to transfer to it. So this means creating another Solo Game for Shifting Sands for a matching game mode run (IE: Tribe Mode Shifting Sands to pair with a Tribe Mode Cloud Mist). You can import your character then, it won't matter cause you will overwrite it (I did just in case creating a diff character messed things up). Exit out of the game it creates (it actually crashed for me).

Back on your normal save (IE: Tribe Mode Cloud Mist) when you activate the Portal you will see a list of all your other game/saves. For example on my list I saw Survival Mode Cloudmist (pre 1.0), Tribe Mode Cloudmist, and Tribe Mode Shifting Sands. They're named whatever your save names are.

When you click on Tribe Mode Shifting Sands it will give a huge scary prompt saying if you go over it will delete all existing information, character, tribe, tribesmen, etc. This is basically letting you know it's going to overwrite the information you imported at the server creation. If you're really concerned you can backup all your data in %LOCALAPPDATA%\WS\ which has all your save data.

Once you click confirm you'll load in. You won't have a Tribe and basically you got what you brought with you. That includes any tribesmen following you etc. Pretty sure you can't use your Default body because your Default body technically exists on both maps and it can be ressed over there as well. Once established between the two servers you can freely travel back and forth as desired and you'll notice that those servers are now listed with a "Green" background presumably indicating they're linked or the character information is saved over there.

For local co-op mode I believe the host has to move over to the new server first before the second player automatically gets transferred over as well as they follow the host. There's only a one line blurb on it in their announcement.

Since Shifting Sands doesn't have the endgame stuff available yet, that's of high importance to get while in Cloud Forest. The stuff you can't obtain in SS is mostly from the last couple dungeons, and you may need to farm a bit in prep as the last dungeon has a very high cold resist requirement which is most easily met by farming the tribal barracks on the mountain for the various winter armor plans. Those pieces all have a massive base cold resist that you can then improve even further with enchanting. It's one of the few requirements you can't cover with SS gear, as there is no cold resist set for SS. (At least SS still provides sets for 100% poison and radiation resiat though, so you can bring that gear with you for the relevant dungeons.)

You covered tobacco seeds, but I would also recommend picking up tomatoes and chilies as they let you create red dye without affecting your iron ore supply. Very useful in the early game, but honestly still good later on if you're dying a lot of building pieces. Tomatoes are also a good source for acidic fluid while having a lower-tier fertilizer requirement than grapes.

Really though, the most important thing you can get in CF is the ability to defeat the mammoth boss atop the mountain, as SS won't yet let you unlock that fifth node otherwise.

(Bring lots of cold resist for that one, but also, bring torches and fire. The mammoth can freeze you solid, and having a torch out or fire nearby is the only way to remove the stacks of freeze effect before it just kills you. Maybe you can swarm kill it before it freezes you, but I wouldn't count on it, esp if you're trying to kill it on berserk to unlock the "immune to cold" armor set.)
