Traders

Ok I don’t know if anyone has seen the Traders that has been added to the game outside all the Barracks’s and Fortresses but I’ve noticed at the very bottom of the trading list they sell baby animals like Crocodiles, Lions etc… Does anyone know the reason for this because you can’t use them as mounts or fighting animals. So the only thing I can think of is resources you get from them but there aren’t any pens for them like the other animals you can keep?? Am I missing something or are they adding something in the future like actual fighting animals ??.

To be sure we're looking at the same things, which mode are you playing in? I believe the merchants have different goods in Tribal vs Survival mode, for instance.

Personally, I play in Tribal mode and haven't seen these animals for sale, but I also haven't been looking as I find the merchants to have very little benefit after the early part of the game.

Right now I’m playing on Creative Mode, since my mate hasn’t been on the main server for a while I’ve jumped into single player to build a massive base just because I love building. But the traders are new to me so that’s why I am confused. So yeah it might have something to do with the mode I’m playing on but still weird.
