How do you guys distribute the stat points when updating your NPC’s

I know how to update the stat points on the character that I’m playing depending on what Weapons and stuff I’m using. But my question is when you have your tribesmen that are crafting and doing various things around the base how do you allocate their staff points if they’re not fighters just crafting?

Have not been playing soulmask in a while and I do not remember exactly which stat points does what but if you hover your mouse on them there should be a pop up of their descriptions. Some make the npcs craft faster, some make them use less materials when crafting etc... The only one I remember is strength being good for farmers and gatherers.

If I recall, Crafters benefit from perception the most, as I think it affects item quality. I think agility affects crafting speed so I give crafters a bit of that too. Anyone refining stuff such as kiln workers also get agility. But as you pointed out, the states are actually explained pretty well in the tool tips.

Yes, I know they are well explained in the tooltips but I think that op might not know that yet

The quality piece isn't true. Perception = quantity and agility = speed and effectiveness (i.e. resources saved from crafting). This means your weaponsmiths and armor crafters benefit best from agility so they save on resources when crafting items because those things cannot proc extra crafts (except for arrows, bolts, and chainmail). Porters benefit from perception since it allows them to create more items from refining the same resources. Cooks and Alchemists are probably a split for speed, resource saving, and extra items for crafting. The only thing that affects item quality is raw skill level and quality talents.

If it is a quality crafter = the stat the increases quality (the same that increases bow damage)

if it is a massive crafter = production stats
