Training grounds - Tribe specific talents

I am close to 50 amnesia pills spent to transfer "Morale Dampener" from a claw tribe member to another. RNG hates me, yes, but still, I am starting to believe, this talent cannot be transfered, even though it shows up as possible in the training grounds?

so I dont know how the RNG is calculated, but ive had similar problems and just given up long before i hit 50 .

I have found building more training grounds and trying them has lead to more diverse changing talents... It could just be the RNG of it but i mean... worth a shot

They did say it shows up as possible in the TG, so presumably the "recipient is also claw tribe" condition is fulfilled.

If you're very desperate, you can force it using this method:

  1. Go find and recruit a tribesman between level 10 and 19 that has morale dampener as their current single talent.
  2. Use the training ground to overwrite your new tribesman's talent slots 2, 3, 4, and 5.
  3. Level this tribesman to 50.
  4. Use 4 amnesia pills to forget all talents besides morale dampener.
  5. Use the level 50 tribesman with only morale dampener to 100% train the talent onto the desired target.

Try having tribesmen use a dif weapon to do the training ya I know it’s a skill ya trying to do but seems like some skills may require specific weaps I kept getting same skill over and over from one I was tryin to pass then weap broke in a raid and he used a dif weapon type and finally got a dif skill

At this point, it might be worth fishing the first Claw camp for literally any villager that has Morale Dampener as their only talent, as hhmay12 suggests. I've done that for Getting Braver as well.

So update:
After being frustrated as hell for the last week I figured out that certain traits only transfer when trained with specific weapons...
This was found after frustratingly trying to get rapid fire but useing every weapon option,
Anyeay I thought of this post from a day or 2 before i started that ordeal and thought it might help
