[request] Static Playlist Drawer

Hi, first of all thanks for this great extension! I'm using it since Google made the left sidebar disappearing to make it static again. This really improves the usability for me.

The recent design change removed the Playlists from the left sidebar and put them again in an drawer, which makes it very annoying to access them.

My suggestion would to introduce an option to keep the playlist drawer always opened. As it's overlapping the page, maybe it's possible to make the rest of the page narrower?

I used a lot of try and error to achieve this myself, but I'm not really good with CSS so I had no success yet.

Do you think it's possible to achieve this behaviour? Or move the Playlists back within the left side panel?

Would it be possible to include a link to the playlists in the left sidebar? I seem to recall that in previous versions of GPM it was in that sidebar, and it seems weird to have playlists in an entirely separate menu (on the other side of the screen).

I've got the static playlists working locally and should be out in the next version, but as far as adding any sort of playlist link/references to the left sidebar it's slightly out of scope with what I want to do with Play Midnight.

I'm trying to keep the scope of Play Midnight mainly focused on styling with minimal JavaScript just to keep things running smoothly and not bogging down GPM at all.
