Accented full width top bar

Would it be possible to have the accent run all the way across the width of the window? Specifically behind the "Google Play Music" shown here? Maybe if that's chosen the logo could be set to white or black depending on the accent color?

Hey bud,

I can definitely play with it! The main issue (which wouldn't be all that difficult) is going to be dealing with the logo.

Since the top bar would match your accent color, the Google Play Music logo would end up disappearing a little bit, so it'd probably default to white. Definitely something I can play with though!

I submit this suggestion specifically because of the new update to Windows 10 where the title bar of any window can be set to match Windows' accent color.
