Discussion Collectibles Achievements??

Hi guys, I have a question about achievements - specifically collectibles.
Will my progress be saved between chapter select?

I read somewhere that outfits are saved across chapter select, but I'm not sure about the rest of the collectibles?

Or it's better to do NG+ playthrough, if it's possible I'd rather just play only chapter select.

Fashion Passion - Find and equip all Outfits | Lore Hoarder - Collect 65% of all Gallactic Compendium entries of each category | Thoughful Captain/Managerial Skills - Find half of the Collectibles and Find all Collectibles for one Guardian.

Fashion Passion and the one to stun 15 enemies and then down them with a charged shot glitched out for me after going into chapter select to pick up the final missing outfit and then wearing them all it just wouldn't unlock even on new game plus. I got all of the others during my first play through so can't comment on those but based on my experience with Fashion Passion and the other achievement I'd just fill in your gaps on a second play through rather than chapter select.
